My mission in life and especially over the last 12 years has been healing. Healing others and helping people achieve balance and harmony in their lives.
I started out as a massage therapist and began my coaching business with the aim to heal with intention and provide actual solutions and results either with my advanced bodywork, health testing or my tailored and bespoke coaching plans. I have met wonderful people along the way and honed my skills even further when studying acupuncture. Many of my clients being women I soon realised very little was being done to empower women and educate people and it has been my quest to change this.
